    Business Development Officer

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive with strong sales experience to drive business growth and revenue generation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, converting leads into clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
    • This role requires a results-oriented professional with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase company revenue.
    • Generate leads and convert prospects into paying clients through effective sales strategies.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

    • Knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

    Legal Officer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
    • Ensure company compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements
    • Provide legal advice on business operations and corporate matters
    • Manage legal risks and recommend mitigation strategies
    • Liaise with external solicitors, regulators, and government agencies
    • Handle dispute resolution, litigation matters, and legal claims

    Requirements

    • BL (Call to Bar) is mandatory
