    Business Development Officer

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive with strong sales experience to drive business growth and revenue generation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, converting leads into clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
    • This role requires a results-oriented professional with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase company revenue.
    • Generate leads and convert prospects into paying clients through effective sales strategies.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
    • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.
    • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
    • Negotiate contracts and close deals successfully.
    • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
    • Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
    • Represent the company in meetings, networking events, and client engagements.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
    • 3 – 5 years proven experience in sales and business development.
    • Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close sales successfully.
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and achieve set targets.
    • Excellent relationship management and networking skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Experience in transportation, mobility, logistics, or related industries is an added advantage.
    • Knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
