Digital Marketing & Content Specialist at Prime Life Transform Limited

PrimeLife Transform Limited is seeking a creative, results-driven, and tech-savvy Digital Marketing & Content Officer to strengthen our digital presence, generate quality leads, and enhance customer engagement across our business brands. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating compelling content, managing digital marketing activities, and leveraging modern technology and AI tools to improve marketing effectiveness and business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and grow the company's social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, WhatsApp, and other relevant platforms.
• Create engaging and relevant content, including graphics, videos, reels, educational materials, promotional campaigns, and marketing copy.
• Develop and implement content calendars to ensure consistent brand visibility and audience engagement.
• Design marketing materials and promotional assets using Canva or similar design tools.
• Create, edit, and publish short-form videos and multimedia content for digital platforms.
• Support lead generation, customer engagement, and brand awareness campaigns.
• Utilize AI-powered tools to enhance content creation, research, productivity, and marketing performance.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze engagement metrics, and provide periodic reports with actionable recommendations.
• Assist with website content updates and ensure digital platforms remain current and professional.
• Support the adoption of digital tools and AI solutions that improve marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, content creation, or a related role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong storytelling ability.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva or similar platforms.
• Working knowledge of video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or equivalent tools.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Canva AI, and other productivity-enhancing technologies.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, audience engagement strategies, and digital marketing best practices.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain high standards of quality.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

ADDED ADVANTAGE

• Experience in health, wellness, lifestyle, direct sales, or real estate marketing.
• Knowledge of email marketing platforms, CRM tools, and basic website management.
• Experience running paid social media campaigns and digital advertisements.
