    Customer Service Executive

    • We are looking for a Stakeholder Experience Executive who would provide an outstanding experience to our entrepreneurs and key stakeholders.

    Responsibilitie(s):

    • Create an outstanding service experience whenever stakeholders engage the Foundation either physically, via email, phone call, TEFConnect, social media etc.
    • Ensure all queries flowing into the Foundation are responded to, resolved, and closed in a timely manner.
    • Develop stakeholder satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to ensure they are consistently met.
    • Develop and manage the Foundation’s FAQ/Chatbot portals.
    • Provide all service activities report on a weekly basis with recommendations on areas for operational improvement.
    • Provide complaints/enquiries trend analysis report and share with the TEF team.

    Qualification/Experience Requirement(s):

    • B.Sc degree holder in any relevant course
    • Minimum of 2 year experience in similar roles across Technology and Innovation, corporate sector, experience in varied African markets, and NGOs.
    • The ability to speak French will be an added advantage.

    Executive Assistant

    The Foundation is seeking an Executive Assistant to coordinate the CEO’s office, and serve as a liaison between the CEO’s Office, The Foundation, and the wider Heirs Holdings Group.

    Responsibilitie(s):

    • Monitor the implementation of strategic initiatives of the Foundation to ensure intended values are delivered.
    • Track full execution of projects for which the Chief Executive Officer has oversight functions.
    • Provide strategic support to responsible entities for the full execution of decisions.
    • Document and track action points from outcomes of interactions with the CEO
    • Follow through on all growth opportunities from meetings/events/trips in which the CEO is/was involved.
    • Draft speeches, talking points, memos etc. on behalf of the CEO.
    • Providing the CEO with regular summary updates on the performance of TEF entities (Financial, non-financial and special projects). Highlighting performance insights and providing recommendations to bridge gaps.
    • Engage and manage correspondence with external stakeholders.
    • Develop relationships with pertinent group staff for increased efficiency and effectiveness and convene meetings with stakeholders when necessary.
    • Provide communication support: Assist with research, preparation and dissemination of internal and external communications, memos, presentations, speeches, talking points and social media posts. Ensure that all advance materials are sent in a timely manner.
    • Support in coordinating multiple project streams, cross-organization initiatives, and communication objectives on behalf of CEO.
    • Oversee CEO's meeting preparation and planning for Board Committee meetings, Board of Trustee meetings, and all such critical meetings.
    • Perform administrative tasks including managing calendars, generating correspondence, maintaining hard copy and electronic files, making phone calls and creating systems to streamline organizational tasks
    • Provide timely reports and action points on all meetings by the CEO

    Qualification/Experience Requirement(s):

    • First Degree in any discipline

    Content Specialist

    We are looking for a Content Specialist who will develop content and leverage digital marketing strategies and tools to promote the foundation’s mission, raise awareness about its programs via social media, and weave fresh, compelling and impactive narratives from the programme and other initiatives of the Foundation.

    Responsibilitie(s):

    • Contribute to the development and execution of an all-encompassing marketing strategy for TEF.
    • Contribute to the massive distribution of content including corporate announcements, releases, interviews, feature pieces, research outputs, etc. of the Foundation.
    • Make informed, research-driven decisions through market insights to build rollout and PR campaigns for TEF Programmes and initiatives.
    • Support planning, dissemination, and accessibility of all TEF-owned and generated content to achieve brand recall across all target audiences.
    • Engage the internal audience Groupwide through a variety of initiatives to keep them informed, engaged, and involved.
    • Devise and implement social media and digital strategies to maximise impact and reach of key messaging using social media and other online channels such as but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, Mailchimp and Google Ads to ensure top-of-the-mind online and offline awareness of the TEF brand.
    • Institutionalise a consistent digital voice for Brand TEF, articulating the brand messages in fresh and positive ways – so that other brand ambassadors can competently spread the message as well.
    • Create initiatives to increase our digital engagement with leading journalists, platforms, and media community to keep them engaged and involved and increase our media allies.
    • Monitor brand mentions across all digital media, ensuring all mentions and potential issues are noted, appropriately responded to or escalated for handling, where necessary.
    • Support all activities for marketing, and branding vendor relationships and deliverables.
    • Support the development of a compelling corporate brand positioning strategy to ensure a clear long-term and measurable link between the marketing and brand strategy and its external market.

    Auditor

    • The Foundation is seeking an Auditor who will carry out all audit and control activities in the Foundation identifying potential risks, assessing compliance with policies and regulations, conducting internal audits. He/she will also provide recommendations to management to improve operational efficiency and mitigate risks, ultimately safeguarding the company's assets and financial integrity by ensuring proper controls are in place.

    Responsibilitie(s):

    • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential areas of financial, operational, and compliance risk within TEF programs and activities.
    • Develop and execute comprehensive audit plans, including financial, operational, and compliance audits, to assess the effectiveness of internal controls across various departments and projects
    • Ensure adherence to donor regulations, local laws, and TEF policies by conducting compliance audits and reviews.
    • Identify opportunities to strengthen internal controls and implement preventative measures to mitigate risks.
    • Conduct training sessions for staff on internal controls, compliance requirements, and ethical conduct.
    • Maintain open communication with management, program teams, and external auditors to discuss audit findings and recommendations.

    Qualification/Experience Requirement(s):

    • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the internal control/audit function
    • Relevant professional certification e.g. Associate of the Institute of Chartered
      Accountants (ACA) or Associate of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
    • Familiarity with donor regulations and compliance requirements
