Job Summary

Blueprint Shelter is seeking a smart, customer-focused, and target-driven Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving property sales. The ideal candidate will manage client enquiries, build lasting relationships, convert leads into sales, and consistently achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in clients, phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media enquiries.
• Provide accurate information on the company's properties, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
• Convert enquiries into sales through effective follow-up and relationship management.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Schedule and coordinate site inspections and follow up with clients to close sales.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
• Generate referrals and identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity and sales reports.

Represent the company professionally at all times and support marketing and promotional activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in any discipline.
• Minimum of 1–2 years' experience in customer service, sales, or a related role (real estate experience is an added advantage).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a passion for sales.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
