Job Summary

The Driver is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and professional transportation services to company staff, prospective clients, and management while supporting the day-to-day operations of the company. The role involves transporting clients to property inspection sites, conveying staff to official assignments, delivering company documents and marketing materials, and ensuring assigned vehicles remain in excellent working condition. The Driver is expected to uphold the company's professional image through courteous service, punctuality, and strict adherence to road safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport clients, staff, and management to property inspections, meetings, and official engagements. 
• Ensure timely pick-up, drop-off, and delivery of company documents and materials. 
• Support Sales and Marketing activities during inspections, exhibitions, and promotional events. 
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections, maintain cleanliness, monitor fuel, and report faults promptly. 
• Coordinate vehicle servicing, licensing, insurance, and maintenance schedules. 
• Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and maintenance. 
• Plan efficient travel routes, comply with traffic laws and company policies, and maintain confidentiality. 
• Perform other logistics and operational duties as assigned. 

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE or equivalent. 
• Valid Nigerian Driver's Licence with a clean driving record. 
• At least 3 years of professional driving experience, preferably in a corporate or real estate environment. 
• Good knowledge of Lagos Road network and surrounding operational areas. 
• Basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting skills. 
• Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills. 
• High integrity, professionalism, and discretion. 
• Physically fit and flexible to work weekends, public holidays, or extended hours when required. 
• Must reside in Surulere or nearby areas or be willing to commute daily.
