    Personal Assistant to the Managing Director (Pharmaceutical)

    Location: Oshodi, Isolo Lagos.

    Job Summary

    We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Managing Director of a Pharmaceutical company. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle correspondence, and ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the MD's office.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage the MD's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
    • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes when required.
    • Handle emails, correspondence, and phone calls on behalf of the MD.
    • Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.
    • Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and documentation.
    • Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
    • Liaise with internal teams, clients, partners, and stakeholders.
    • Assist in planning company events, business meetings, and executive engagements.
    • Conduct research and gather information to support business decisions.
    • Perform other administrative and executive support duties as assigned.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
    • 2–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
    • Flexibility in work Schedules.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
    • Basislc Knowledge in AI tools(Claude AI and ChatGPT)
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
    • Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is an added advantage.
