Key Responsibilities

• Welcome every customer warmly and provide an exceptional shopping experience.
• Proactively engage customers, understand their needs, and confidently recommend suitable products.
• Actively drive sales by upselling, cross-selling, and introducing customers to new arrivals and complementary items.
• Build genuine relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Process sales accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
• Arrange merchandise according to the brand’s visual merchandising standards.
• Receive, tag, and organize stock deliveries.
• Carry out routine stock counts and report discrepancies promptly.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Support promotions, product launches, and other in-store activities.
• Safeguard company merchandise and report any suspicious activity.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree.
• Previous experience in fashion retail or sales is an advantage.
• A natural passion for selling and achieving results; you enjoy engaging customers and confidently asking for the sale.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Well-groomed, confident, and professional in appearance.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
• Ability to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible shifts.
• A genuine interest in fashion and styling.
