A prestigious luxury hotel in Lagos is seeking an exceptional Guest Services Officer to join its Front Office team. We are looking for a polished, intelligent, and service-oriented professional with a passion for delivering world-class guest experiences and creating memorable moments for our guests.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Guest Services, Front Office, or Customer Relations role within a reputable hotel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional appearance, poise, and confidence.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving and complaint-resolution abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems is an added advantage.
• HND/B.Sc. degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Must possess a strong commitment to excellence and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized and seamless guest experiences from arrival to departure.
• Attend promptly to guest requests, inquiries, and concerns while ensuring complete satisfaction.
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively provide solutions.
• Coordinate effectively with all departments to ensure service excellence.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Promote hotel facilities, services, and experiences to guests.
• Maintain accurate guest records and uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism and excellence.

Compensation

• Gross Salary: ₦180,000 per month
