We're looking for a creative, driven, and highly organized Content Producer & Videographer to join our team and help build one of our fastest-growing brands, into one of Nigeria's most trusted brands.

Your Role

As our Content Producer & Videographer, you will lead the planning and production of engaging visual content across our digital platforms.

You'll be responsible for transforming products, people, and everyday business activities into compelling content that connects with customers and strengthens our brands.

This is not just a videography role, it's an opportunity to help build an in-house content engine for a rapidly growing ecommerce company.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute weekly content production schedules.
• Develop creative concepts for product showcases, educational videos, behind-the-scenes content, and lifestyle campaigns.
• Shoot high-quality videos and photographs for social media, advertising, websites, and ecommerce platforms.
• Direct staff, models, and creators during content production.
• Set up and operate cameras, lighting, audio, and production equipment.
• Capture content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and YouTube.
• Work closely with the editing team to ensure content aligns with campaign objectives.
• Organize and maintain an efficient library of photo and video assets.
• Stay up to date with social media trends and recommend fresh content ideas.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to produce content that builds customer trust and supports business growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Content Producer, Videographer, or Content Creator.
• Strong understanding of camera operation, lighting, framing, and audio.
• Excellent storytelling and creative planning skills.
• Ability to independently organize and execute content shoots.
• Experience producing short-form video content for social media.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality content.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
• Product photography experience.
• Experience working with ecommerce, retail, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
• Familiarity with social media trends and digital storytelling.
