We are looking for a Stakeholder Experience Executive who would provide an outstanding experience to our entrepreneurs and key stakeholders.
Responsibilitie(s):
Create an outstanding service experience whenever stakeholders engage the Foundation either physically, via email, phone call, TEFConnect, social media etc.
Ensure all queries flowing into the Foundation are responded to, resolved, and closed in a timely manner.
Develop stakeholder satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to ensure they are consistently met.
Develop and manage the Foundation’s FAQ/Chatbot portals.
Provide all service activities report on a weekly basis with recommendations on areas for operational improvement.
Provide complaints/enquiries trend analysis report and share with the TEF team.
Qualification/Experience Requirement(s):
B.Sc degree holder in any relevant course
Minimum of 2 year experience in similar roles across Technology and Innovation, corporate sector, experience in varied African markets, and NGOs.
The ability to speak French will be an added advantage.
