    Director, Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning (MERL)

    Responsibilities

    • Lead the development and roll-out of comprehensive MERL frameworks across all donor-funded programs.

    Requirements

    • A minimum of a Master’s degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
    • 10+ years of progressive experience in MERL, including at least 5 years at a senior leadership level in donor-funded or international development contexts.
    • Demonstrated expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, including advanced data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
    • Proven proficiency in data visualization, reporting, and evidence-based storytelling to drive decision-making.

    Managing Director

    Requirements

    • Advanced degree (MBA, MPH, Health Economics, or equivalent).
    • 15–20 years’ progressive leadership experience in healthcare financing, health insurance, or managed care operations, including 8+ years at the executive leadership level.
    • Experience in matrix or group structures, with exposure to dual reporting lines and cross- functional leadership.
    • Health Sector Expertise: Deep understanding of NHIA guidelines, healthcare provider ecosystems, and payer-provider dynamics.
    • Financial Acumen: Strong command of P&L management, capital mobilization, and cost containment.

    HR Consultant (Outsourcing)

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and HR needs.
    • Act as the first point of contact for assigned client accounts and outsourced staff.
    • Develop and implement customised HR strategies and programs to support client goals.
    • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality.
    • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR best practices, policies, and procedures.
    • Conduct assessments and audits of HR processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
    • Deliver training and development programs for client employees and HR staff.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong relationships and fostering long-term partnerships.
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all client interactions and project activities.
    • Support end-to-end recruitment processes for outsourced roles (advertising, screening, interviewing, and selection).
    • Coordinate onboarding and induction for new hires in collaboration with client representatives.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years proven experience working as an HR Consultant or in a similar consulting role.
    • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
    • Strong client management skills, with the ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
    • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to HR challenges.
