    Digital Marketer

    • We are seeking an experienced and innovative Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives, content creation, paid advertising, social media management, and SEO/SEM strategies to drive customer engagement, generate leads, and enhance brand awareness.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Digital Strategy & Campaign Management

    • Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
    • Analyze campaign performance and use insights to improve future strategies.
    • Manage marketing budgets for digital campaigns and ensure cost-effective media buying.

    Content Development & Management

    • Create compelling digital content for websites, social media platforms, and email campaigns.
    • Coordinate graphic design, video content, and blog articles in collaboration with creative teams.
    • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all online channels.

    Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Marketing (SEM)

    • Implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques to improve organic search visibility.

    • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to guide content strategy.

    Social Media Management

    • Develop and execute social media calendars and campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
    • Monitor engagement, trends, and user interactions; respond promptly to inquiries and comments.
    • Grow the company’s online presence and community.

    Email Marketing & CRM Integration

    • Design and manage email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing and retention.
    • Monitor email campaign metrics (open rates, click-through rates, etc.).
    • Integrate digital campaigns with CRM tools for effective customer segmentation and automation.

    Analytics & Reporting

    • Use tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and Meta Insights to measure performance.
    • Prepare and present monthly reports on digital KPIs including ROI, CTR, conversion rates, etc.
    • Recommend optimizations based on data insights.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
    • Certifications in Google Ads, SEO, Social Media Marketing, or HubSpot (added advantage).
    • Proficiency with digital tools: Google Analytics, Ads Manager, SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs), Mailchimp, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, etc.
    • Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content development skills.
    • Excellent project management and communication skills.
    • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

    HR Officer

    We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to support the Head of Human Resources in executing core HR functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of HR services across recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, training, and compliance. The HR Officer will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment and maintaining operational HR excellence.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Recruitment & Onboarding

    • Assist in preparing job descriptions and posting vacancies across various channels.
    • Coordinate candidate screening, interview scheduling, and pre-employment checks.
    • Support onboarding processes including orientation and documentation.
    • Maintain an up-to-date recruitment tracker.

    HR Administration

    • Maintain and update employee records both physically and digitally.
    • Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, confirmation letters, and warning letters.
    • Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures.
    • Support payroll input by collecting and verifying attendance and leave records.

    Performance Management

    • Assist in coordinating quarterly and annual performance appraisal processes.
    • Track probationary reviews and employee evaluation timelines.
    • Compile and analyze performance data for review by the Head of HR.

    Training & Development

    • Support the implementation of training plans and coordinate logistics.
    • Maintain training records and assist in evaluating training effectiveness.
    • Research potential learning programs or service providers.

    Employee Relations & Engagement

    • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and assist in resolving issues.
    • Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
    • Assist in organizing staff meetings, events, and welfare activities.

    Compliance & Reporting

    • Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and company policies.
    • Maintain accurate records for audits and statutory reporting.
    • Prepare periodic HR reports (headcount, turnover, leave, etc.).

    Requirements & Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3years relevant HR experience.
    • Membership or certification with CIPM or similar HR body is an added advantage.
    • Strong understanding of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word).
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
    • Discreet with confidential information and emotionally intelligent.
    • Able to multitask and work under pressure with minimal supervision.
