To create high-quality video content that showcases properties, promotes the company's brand, supports marketing campaigns, and drives engagement across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit professional property tour videos, project updates, client testimonials, promotional videos, and company events.
• Capture high-quality footage of properties, developments, and company activities for marketing and sales purposes.
• Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and design teams to develop creative concepts and video content strategies.
• Produce engaging video content for social media platforms, websites, digital advertising campaigns, and presentations.
• Ensure professional standards in videography, including lighting, composition, sound quality, and editing.
• Edit and optimize videos for various platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and the company website.
• Maintain and manage video equipment, accessories, and production schedules.
• Organize and archive video files and project assets for easy access and future use.
• Stay updated on videography trends, editing techniques, and emerging technologies to improve content quality.
• Assist in creating visual content that supports lead generation, brand awareness, and property sales initiatives.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Film Production, Media, Mass Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' proven experience in videography and video editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar video editing software.
• Strong knowledge of camera operations, lighting techniques, audio recording, and post-production processes.
• Excellent creative, storytelling, and visual communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality content.

Added Advantage

• Experience working as a Videographer within the real estate, property development, construction, or property management industry will be an added advantage.
• Experience creating property tours, real estate promotional videos, drone footage, and marketing content that supports property sales and leasing activities will be highly preferred.
• Knowledge of photography, motion graphics, and drone operations will be an added advantage.
