    Direct Sales Agents

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Prospect and identify potential customers or clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and lead generation activities.
    • Conduct sales presentations, demonstrations, and pitches to educate prospects about products or services, highlight features and benefits, and address customer questions or objections
    • Build and maintain relationships with customers, providing personalized service, assistance, and support to understand their needs, preferences, and buying behavior.
    • Recommend products or services to customers based on their requirements, preferences, and budget, offering solutions that meet their needs and address pain points.

    Job Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent;
    • bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
    • Proven experience in direct sales, field sales, or customer-facing roles, with a track record of achieving sales targets and generating revenue.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence decision-making, and negotiate effectively with customers.
    • Persuasive selling skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions, handle objections, and close deals through effective sales techniques.

    Network Engineer

    Job Description

    • Monitor network performance locally and as well as over the air interface.
    • Perform 24/7 network surveillance, respond to network‐reported and customer‐reported problems.
    • Provide specialist technical support to all other departments in the organisation regarding network and radio-related problems
    • Coordinate and perform maintenance of cell sites strictly managed by Swift Networks, and liaise with the vendor on the maintenance of cell sites not directly managed by Swift Networks
    • Responsible for the configuration and bench testing of new products and giving ATP (Authority To Proceed) concerning those products
    • Technical point man between Swift & vendors regarding radio and microwave equipment related RMA issues
    • Carry out other duties as may be assigned by the Head of Department.
    • Reporting to the Customer Support Manager.

    Job Requirements: 

    • Must have the drive and capability to meet and exceed challenging targets.
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IP network engineering.
    • Strong relationship and team building skills; experience in dealing with corporate and government representatives and other senior individuals and stakeholder groups.
    • Delivering results – absolute focus to deliver under pressure in an ever-changing business environment.
    • Putting customers first – understand the needs, expectations, and requirements of stakeholders.
    • Communicating for impact – effective communication with senior stakeholders inside and outside of the company.
    • Making a personal difference – strong influencing skills and responsive technical/professional expertise.
    • Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal communication.
    • Strong presentation skills and ability to influence a junior and senior audience.
