Prospect and identify potential customers or clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and lead generation activities.
Conduct sales presentations, demonstrations, and pitches to educate prospects about products or services, highlight features and benefits, and address customer questions or objections
Build and maintain relationships with customers, providing personalized service, assistance, and support to understand their needs, preferences, and buying behavior.
Recommend products or services to customers based on their requirements, preferences, and budget, offering solutions that meet their needs and address pain points.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent;
bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in direct sales, field sales, or customer-facing roles, with a track record of achieving sales targets and generating revenue.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence decision-making, and negotiate effectively with customers.
Persuasive selling skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions, handle objections, and close deals through effective sales techniques.
Customer-centric mindset, with a focus on understanding customer needs, providing solutions, and delivering exceptional service to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Monitor network performance locally and as well as over the air interface.
Perform 24/7 network surveillance, respond to network‐reported and customer‐reported problems.
Provide specialist technical support to all other departments in the organisation regarding network and radio-related problems
Coordinate and perform maintenance of cell sites strictly managed by Swift Networks, and liaise with the vendor on the maintenance of cell sites not directly managed by Swift Networks
Responsible for the configuration and bench testing of new products and giving ATP (Authority To Proceed) concerning those products
Technical point man between Swift & vendors regarding radio and microwave equipment related RMA issues
Carry out other duties as may be assigned by the Head of Department.

Job Requirements:
Must have the drive and capability to meet and exceed challenging targets.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IP network engineering.
Strong relationship and team building skills; experience in dealing with corporate and government representatives and other senior individuals and stakeholder groups.
Delivering results – absolute focus to deliver under pressure in an ever-changing business environment.
Putting customers first – understand the needs, expectations, and requirements of stakeholders.
