    • Plan, coordinate, and oversee the installation and commissioning of AV equipment, including displays, digital signage, video walls, sound systems, projectors, conferencing solutions, and interactive displays.
    • Ensure all AV installations comply with company standards, manufacturer specifications, and safety regulations.
    • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide technical guidance and coaching to AV Technicians.
    • Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and system testing to ensure optimal equipment performance.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve complex AV hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
    • Support showroom setups, product demonstrations, promotional events, exhibitions, and corporate presentations by ensuring AV systems operate flawlessly.
    • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Service, and Operations teams to meet customer and business requirements.
    • Manage AV inventory, including equipment, accessories, tools, and spare parts, ensuring proper stock control and asset accountability.
    • Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance activities, service reports, and equipment history.
    • Ensure compliance with warranty procedures, quality standards, and technical documentation requirements.
    • Assist in evaluating new AV technologies and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
    • Monitor project timelines and ensure installations are completed on schedule and within budget.
    • Ensure adherence to workplace health, safety, and environmental policies during all AV activities.
    • Prepare regular operational reports, equipment performance analyses, and project status updates for management.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality, installation standards, and team productivity.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
    • Professional certifications in Audio Visual Technology, Networking, or Project Management are an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 5 years' experience in audio-visual systems installation, technical support, or AV operations.
    • Experience working with commercial AV systems, digital signage, conferencing solutions, LED displays, and consumer electronics is highly preferred.
