Business Developer at Kashco Services

Location: Abuja and Lagos (Possible expansion to Port-Harcourt and Kano)

About the Role:

We are seeking a results-oriented and strategic Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role requires a strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing strategies, leadership skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional projects from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Plan and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, print, email, events, etc.).
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Oversee content creation, messaging, and branding to ensure consistency and impact.
• Manage and grow the company’s online presence through SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
• Analyze campaign performance and marketing KPIs; prepare and present reports to senior leadership.
• Manage marketing budgets, vendors, and external agencies as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proven track record of running successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot,
• Meta Ads, Mailchimp, CRM systems).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with content marketing, email automation, and inbound marketing.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Ability to manage teams and mentor junior marketers.
• Understanding of performance marketing and lead generation tactics.
