Driver at Kwa'ada Group

We are seeking a reliable, experienced, and safety-conscious Professional Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience driving long passenger vehicles, demonstrate professionalism at all times, and possess excellent knowledge of road safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport staff and clients on selected and assigned routes
• Operate and maintain company vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and promptly report any faults or maintenance needs.
• Ensure the vehicle is clean, roadworthy, and properly maintained.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate trip and fuel records where required.
• Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and courtesy while on duty.

Requirements

• Minimum age: 35 years.
• Minimum of 5 years' proven experience driving a Coaster bus or other long/heavy passenger vehicles.
• Possess a valid and active Nigerian Driver's License, and Trade Test Certificate.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Excellent knowledge of Abuja road networks and surrounding areas.
• Strong understanding of road safety regulations and defensive driving practices.
• Must be responsible, trustworthy, and of good character.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays when required.
• Candidates residing in or around Gwagwalada, Maraba, or Zuba will be given preference.
