Key Responsibilities

• Drive agents, executives, and clients to property sites, offices, and meetings safely and on schedule
• Plan efficient routes and keep up to date with local roads, traffic conditions, and property locations
• Wait at property sites and assist clients with boarding, alighting, and carrying documents or materials as needed
• Keep company vehicles clean, fueled, and in good working order, both inside and out
• Perform daily vehicle checks (tires, oil, brakes, lights, fluids) and report faults promptly
• Arrange scheduled servicing, repairs, insurance renewals, and roadworthiness checks
• Maintain a logbook recording trips, mileage, fuel usage, and expenses
• Run errands such as delivering documents, signboards, keys, brochures, or marketing materials, and collecting items from government offices or vendors
• Assist with moving property-related items or staging materials when required
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies
• Keep client and company information strictly confidential
• Be available for occasional weekend, evening, or short-notice assignments
