Job Overview

Kashco is seeking a social Media handler who can drive our brand’s online presence by developing content strategies, managing social channels, analyze performance metrics, run paid

advertising campaigns, and ensure all communications align with company values and business goals.

Core Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business objectives (e.g. brand awareness, lead generation).
• Content Creation: Plan, Shoot, and edit engaging multimedia content across all social media platforms.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, follower growth and conversion rates. Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
• Paid Advertising: Manage budgets and execute paid social media campaigns across all platforms.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with platform algorithm updates, viral trends, and competitor activities.

Key requirements

• Experience in social media management and digital marketing.
• Proficiency in social media scheduling platform, and content creation software (e.g. Canva, Cap Cut, Adobe Suite).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to craft compelling, error-free captions and brand messaging.
• Ability to interpret data from social media analytics tools and translate them into actionable reports.
• Willingness to work at least 3 days in a week
