Business Development Manager at Beneprojecti Nigeria Limited

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:

• Should be able to collate and analyze industry with understanding competition
• Should be able to anticipate future projects and strategies on how to key into those projects
• Identify potential clients and decision makers within the Oil and Gas sector.
• Win major contracts in International Oil Companies (IOC’s) and other oil & gas companies in the following service areas but not limited to: -
  • Construction and Fabrication
  • Marine Services
  • Manpower Supply
  • Procurement

Qualification:

• Must possess at least a degree in engineering related field.
• Minimum of 4 years working experience in a similar position.
• Must have extensive working experience in the oil and gas sector.
• Must have an eye for details and zero tolerance to rework or errors
• Must be able to work under pressure and able to challenge deadlines.
• Must show proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Must have proposal management experience
• Must demonstrate previous exposure to contracts and an understanding of basic contract language
• Provide proven leadership and management experience
• Have extensive marketing experience
• Possess experience interacting with executive-level staff
• Must show an understanding of the bid process
• Experience in securing large contracts
• Knowledge of document management methods
• Cloud software experience will be an added advantage
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years working experience.
• Communication Skill: Strong writing and verbal communication skills is a must- including effective public relations and public speaking skills.
• Initiative and Confidence: Generate and act on new ideas that add value to the business. Looks at different ways to solve problems and address difficulties.
• Achievement Drive: Set goals and strive to achieve them with enthusiasm and determination.
