Customer Support Associate at A-Star Vanda Investment and Trading CO. Ltd

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Female Customer Service Associate to join our dynamic team at A-Star and Beifa Africa, a leading group of companies specializing in the production of stationery products in Nigeria. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, potentially social media).
• Provide accurate information about our products and services.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate customer records.
• Contribute to maintaining a positive and helpful image of the company.

Requirements

• Minimum of BSC or HND degree.
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience. (Fresh graduates with relevant skills are also encouraged to apply).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary Range: ₦80,000 – ₦120,000 per month, depending on experience.

Location

This position is located in Ogudu, Lagos. Candidates must reside in or be able to easily commute to Lagos. The specific office address is: Praise Villa Garden Estate Phase 1, Block C Unit 2, Off Ogudu Road, Kosofe LGA Ogudu, Lagos.
