    Sales Development Representative

    Qualifications

    • OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Sales, Mass Communication, or related discipline.
    • Minimum of 1–3 years experience in sales, business development, customer service, marketing, or related roles.
    • Experience in construction materials, manufacturing, building materials, real estate, or B2B sales is an added advantage.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic CRM or sales tracking tools.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    Required Competencies

    • Lead generation and prospecting.
    • Customer relationship management.
    • Market intelligence gathering.
    • Territory and account development.
    • Sales reporting and target tracking.
    • Basic digital marketing and social media prospecting.
