Role Overview

The POS Support Officer is a hybrid role designed to bridge the gap between technical operations and revenue generation. You will not only ensure that our Point of Sale (POS) terminals and software function flawlessly, but you will also actively drive customer retention, upsell services, and oversee inventory management of hardware and consumables. Your primary goal is to maximize terminal uptime, minimize merchant churn, and ensure smooth stock control.
