• We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Intern to support our customer experience team.
• The ideal candidate will respond to customer inquiries, resolve basic complaints, maintain accurate records, and ensure customers receive timely and professional assistance.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate customer records and interactions.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Support administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• OND, HND, or B.Sc. in any discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good computer literacy (MS Office/Google Workspace).
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Previous internship or customer service experience is an advantage.
