    Sales Executive (Logistics)

    Job Summary

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, acquiring clients, maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting the company's logistics and supply chain solutions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the logistics and supply chain industry.
    • Promote the company's freight forwarding, transportation, warehousing, customs clearance, and related logistics services.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
    • Conduct client visits, presentations, and business meetings.
    • Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements.
    • Negotiate pricing and contract terms in line with company policies.
    • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
    • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
    • Work closely with the Operations team to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
    • Follow up on leads, quotations, customer inquiries, and outstanding payments.
    • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities using CRM tools.
    • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
    • Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and marketing campaigns.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
    • 1–3 years' sales experience, preferably within the logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, or supply chain industry.
    • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Professional certification in Sales, Marketing, or Logistics is an added advantage.

    Required Skills

    • Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
    • Strong relationship management and customer service orientation.
    • Good knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations.
    • Strong presentation and proposal-writing skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
    • Excellent organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
    • Valid driver's license with willingness to travel for client engagements.

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

    • Achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
    • Number of new clients acquired.
    • Revenue generated from new and existing customers.
    • Customer retention and satisfaction.
    • Number of client visits, presentations, and proposals submitted.
    • Lead-to-customer conversion rate.
    • Timely submission of sales reports and forecasts.
    • Growth of assigned territory and market share.

    Working Conditions

    • Office-based with frequent client visits and business travel.
    • Occasional weekend work may be required for client meetings or industry events.

    Compensation & Benefits

    • 100,000.00 Monthly Net
    • Performance-based incentives
    • Transport allowance
