Senior Human Resources Manager at Sterling Asset Management & Trustees Limited

• The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in payroll management and a deep understanding of HR best practices. A proven track record in leading HR functions and ensuring compliance with local labor laws is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the HR function across the organization.
• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and  timeliness.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and  policy development.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive culture and employee engagement  initiatives.
• Utilize HRIS and analytics to improve HR processes and reporting.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years experience in Human Resources, with at least 5  years in a managerial role.
• Prior experience in a financial institution is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with payroll systems and  processes.
• Professional certification such as CIPM, PHRi, or SPHRi is required.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or   related field. A Master’s degree is an added advantage.
