LOCATION: KAGA LGA (BENISHEIK, NGAMDU & MAINOK)

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

CENSCOPE invites qualified and reputable suppliers/contractors to submit price quotations for the Construction of a Child-Friendly Space in Kaga, as detailed in the specifications below:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF QUOTATION

• Delivery Terms: To be clearly stated by the vendor.
• Payment Terms: 100% payment shall be made upon satisfactory completion of service.
• Statutory Deductions: A 5% Withholding Tax and 1% Stamp Duty deduction shall apply in accordance with applicable regulations.

QUOTATION SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

Interested vendors are required to submit the following documents along with their quotations:

• Warranty details for the items quoted.
• A valid Tax Clearance Certificate. Please note that any quotation submitted without a valid Tax Clearance Certificate will be automatically disqualified.
• Proof of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
• Quotation submitted on the company’s official letterhead.
• Tax Identification Number (TIN) and EFCC SCUML Certificate.
• All quotations must be submitted to CENSCOPE’s Maiduguri Office on or before the deadline indicated below.

No company name should be written on the envelope only the reference number. CENSCOPE estimates that the construction must be completed within a period of 10 days. The selected bidder(s) should have the capacity to complete the construction needed by CENSCOPE within the timeframe.
