We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to conduct accurate land, engineering, and construction surveys in support of real estate and infrastructure projects.
The role involves providing precise survey data, setting out works, preparing survey reports, and ensuring compliance with approved plans, statutory regulations, and project specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct land, topographical, boundary, and construction surveys for project sites.
Establish and maintain survey control points, benchmarks, and reference coordinates.
Perform setting-out for buildings, roads, drainage, and other infrastructure works.
Verify site levels, alignments, dimensions, and coordinates during construction.
Prepare survey plans, as-built drawings, maps, and survey reports.
Identify and report discrepancies between design drawings and site conditions.
Operate, calibrate, and maintain surveying equipment, including GPS, total stations, and levels.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, approved layouts, and company HSE standards.
Requirements
HND or BSc in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in real estate or construction projects.
Membership of NIS or SURCON is an added advantage.
