Tender Lead at Felton Energy Services Ltd (FESL)

Reports To: Bid/Tender Manager

About the Role

• We are seeking a proactive and experienced Tender Lead to coordinate and drive the preparation, review, and submission of technical and commercial bids across oil & gas, EPC, EPCI, procurement, and engineering projects.
• The successful candidate will work closely with the Bid/Tender Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, competitive, and compliant tender submissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, review, and evaluate tender opportunities, RFQs, RFPs, and ITTs.
• Lead the coordination and preparation of technical and commercial bid submissions.
• Review tender documents, specifications, scope of work, drawings, and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate inputs from engineering, procurement, finance, project, and business development teams.
• Develop tender schedules, bid plans, and submission timelines.
• Prepare and compile complete tender documentation in line with client requirements.
• Track tender clarifications, correspond with clients, and manage bid-related communications.
• Support cost estimation, pricing reviews, commercial evaluations, and proposal development.
• Maintain an up-to-date tender database, bid pipeline, and submission records.
• Support the transition of awarded contracts to project execution teams.
• Provide regular tender status updates and reports to the Bid/Tender Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years experience in tendering, bid management, proposal coordination, commercial, procurement, or project support roles.
• Experience within the Oil & Gas, EPC, EPCI, Engineering, Construction, or Procurement sectors is preferred.
• Strong understanding of tendering processes, bid documentation, and proposal preparation.
• Excellent written communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
