    Pharmacist Assistant

    Job Summary:

    The Pharmacy Assistant supports the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy by assisting customers, processing sales, organizing inventory, maintaining records, and ensuring the pharmacy environment remains clean and professional.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Attend to customers and assist with product inquiries.
    • Process sales transactions accurately.
    • Receive, arrange, and stock pharmaceutical products and other inventory.
    • Monitor stock levels and report low-stock items.
    • Assist in inventory counts and stock reconciliation.
    • Ensure shelves and displays are neat, organized, and properly labeled.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory movements.
    • Support the pharmacist in administrative and operational tasks.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and pharmacy regulations.
    • Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment.
    • Writing articles and participating in health outreach.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree.
    • Previous experience in a pharmacy or retail environment is an advantage.
    • Knowledge of drugs and prescriptions.
    • Good communication and customer service skills.
    • Basic computer proficiency.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
