Site Engineer / Builder at Buildline Properties Ltd

THE ROLE

• We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Site Engineer/Builder to oversee and coordinate building construction activities on our project site in Ikeja, Lagos. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines while maintaining strict compliance with HSE regulations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise daily construction activities and site operations.
• Ensure work is executed in line with approved architectural and structural drawings.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, artisans, and suppliers.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports.
• Monitor project schedules and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards on site.
• Manage site materials, equipment, and workforce efficiently.
• Identify and resolve technical issues on-site promptly.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or related discipline.
• 3-5 years proven experience in building construction projects. Experience on residential or commercial developments is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Nigerian building regulations and construction practices.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office Suite, and project management tools.
• Membership of COREN or CORBON is an added advantage.
