    Human Resource/ Relationship Manager

    A Real estate company is currently looking for an experienced and self-driven Human Resource/ Relationship Manager to join our team!

    Requirements/skills

    • HND/BSC Degree in a relevant field with 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
    • Solid knowledge of office procedures
    • Proficient in basic computer skills (MS Office Tools, Google Tools)
    • Ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
    • Building positive relationships with customers
    • Assisting with generating new business
    • Identifying opportunities for greater profits Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager
    • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices
    • Experience in sales or customer service is preferred
    • Problem-solving attitude
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Aptitude for fostering positive relationships
    • Teamwork and leadership skills

    Job Role:

    • Manage the HR function in the organization
    • Drive business growth and strategy development
    • Lead and manage a team to achieve business targets.
    • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budget
    • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
    • Recruit and groom talents for optimal performance
    • Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them
    • Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships
    • Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively
    • Forward upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team
    • Promote high-quality sales, supply, and customer service processes
    • Aim to preserve customers and renew contracts
    • Approach potential customers to establish relationships
    • Gain solid knowledge of competitor
