DUTIES:

• Carry out mechanical repairs, services and maintenance of Diesel Generators and Equipment
• Carry out maintenance and repair of Ring main unit
• Carry out maintenance and repair of H.T. and L.T. circuit breakers
• Perform Operation of all equipment and apparatus in powerhouse
• Assist in installation and commissioning of new equipment
• Assist in general maintenance and services of all equipment in powerhouse
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor

Requirements
QUALIFICATION:

• OND in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field with a minimum of four (4) years' experience performing a similar role in a well-structured. Trade Test 1, 2, with any other certifications is an added advantage.

COMPETENCIES:

The ideal candidate must have:

• Sound technical problem-solving skills.
• Strong Technical maintenance and troubleshooting skills
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in task execution

DUTIES: 

• Track FMS expenses and prepare monthly expense report for Head of FMS use.
• Receive and follow up on complaints or work order requests.
• Assist in issuance of uniforms. PPEs, and consumables to staff as applicable.
• Assist in closing of work orders and compiling relevant chargebacks.
• Assist units in raising requests for quotations and materials.
• Perform any other responsibilities as may be assigned by the Supervisor.

QUALIFICATION:

• OND in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field with a minimum of two (2) years’ experience performing a similar role in a well-structured environment.

• High level of accuracy in documentation, data entry, filing, and record-keeping.

DUTIES: 

• Carry out planned preventive and breakdown maintenance of all water treatment, swimming pools, sewage systems, water treatment plant equipment and pump stations.
• Perform general repairs and maintenance functional mechanical workshop and proper handling of tools.
• Carry out washing of reservoirs, painting and assembling of parts.
• Conduct routine maintenance of water treatment plant (WTP).
• Perform any other job-related duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

QUALIFICATION:

• OND in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline, with a minimum of two (2) years’ experience, or Trade Test 1, 2, 3 with a minimum of four (4) years’ experience performing a similar role in a well-structured environment.

DUTIES: 

• Perform repair and servicing of all electric and gas cookers both domestic and industrial.
• Perform repair and servicing of all washing machines both domestic and industrial.
• Perform repair and servicing of all dryers both domestic and industrial.
• Repair and service industrial dish washer both industrial and domestic.
• Perform maintenance and repair of all boilers both industrial and domestic.
• Fill and supply gas for domestic, laboratory and industrial use.
• Perform maintenance and repair of electric and gas water heater.
• Ensure there is smooth running of activities in gas and appliances workshops.
• Take proper records of all appliances available in the store and those in the domestic area.
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Supervisor.

Requirements

QUALIFICATION:

• HND/BSc in Electrical Electronics Engineering or a related field with a minimum of two (2) years’ experience performing a similar role in a well-structured environment.

DUTIES: 

• Carry out operation and maintenance of water treatment plant, swimming pool plant, sewage treatment plant and dam pumping stations.
• Dose chemicals for processing of water and waste water.
• Clean water treatment plant, swimming pool plant, sewage plant and pump stations and its surroundings.
• Take hourly reading and record it in daily operation production sheet.
• Perform all other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.

• OND in Mechanical Engineering or a related field with a minimum of two (2) years’ experience performing a similar role in a well-structured environment. Trade Test is required.
