Content Creator at Optimal Bricks Limited

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Content Creator who can bring our brand story to life across digital and offline platforms — showcasing our projects, values, and unique real estate opportunities to a wider audience, and driving engagement, awareness, and leads for the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage engaging content (photo, video, and written) for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Develop content calendars and campaigns aligned with company marketing goals and property listings
• Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos of properties, project sites, and events
• Write compelling copy for social media posts, brochures, website content, email newsletters, and adverts
• Stay up to date with real estate marketing trends and social media best practices
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to promote ongoing projects and drive client inquiries
• Manage and grow the company's social media pages, responding to comments and messages professionally
• Track content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategy to improve reach and engagement
• Coordinate with external vendors (photographers, videographers, designers) where necessary
• Ensure all content reflects the brand identity, tone, and values of Optimal Bricks Limited

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role (real estate or property industry experience is an advantage)
• Strong skills in photography, videography, and video editing (proficiency with tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• A relevant degree or certification in Mass Communication, Marketing, Media Studies, or related field is an advantage
• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Abuja, FCT
