Business Development Manager at RetainPro Management

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams within the healthcare industry.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, healthcare professionals, HMOs, and corporate clients.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase adoption and usage of TeleDoc’s digital healthcare services.
• Prepare business proposals, pitch presentations, and partnership agreements.
• Negotiate business deals, follow up on leads, and convert prospects into active clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry opportunities to drive business growth.
• Achieve agreed business development targets and provide regular progress reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Excellent prospecting, networking, and client acquisition abilities.

Experience

• Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
• Experience in healthcare, health technology, HMO, pharmaceutical, or hospital partnerships is an advantage.
• Proven track record of securing partnerships, generating leads, and meeting business development targets.
