    Grill Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Supervise daily grill station activities, ensuring efficiency and quality.
    • Develop and test new grilled recipes and menus, ensuring consistency.
    • Manage kitchen cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and adherence to hygiene standards.
    • Control food production, portion sizes, and minimize waste.
