    Sales Executive

    Job Summary

    We are looking for active, optimistic, and goal-oriented Sales Executives who are passionate about real estate sales and customer engagement. The ideal candidates will be responsible for generating leads, marketing properties, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Market and promote the company's real estate properties to prospective clients.
    • Identify and generate new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
    • Conduct property presentations, inspections, and client meetings.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
    • Negotiate and close property sales transactions.
    • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
    • Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
    • Stay informed about market trends and property offerings.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum qualification: OND, HND, or B.Sc. in any discipline.
    • Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate, marketing, insurance, banking, or related fields.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong customer service orientation.
    • Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Good knowledge of digital marketing and social media sales techniques is an added advantage.
