Montessori Teacher at Majesty Schools

We are seeking a passionate, patient, and creative Nursery Montessori Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Montessori principles and early childhood education, creating a safe, engaging, and stimulating learning environment that supports the holistic development of young children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate Montessori lessons and activities.
• Create a nurturing, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Support children’s cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
• Observe, assess, and maintain records of each child’s progress.
• Prepare and organize Montessori learning materials.
• Foster independence, creativity, and problem-solving skills in children.
• Communicate regularly with parents on children’s progress and development.
• Maintain classroom cleanliness and ensure children’s safety at all times.
• Participate in staff meetings, training, and school events.

Requirements:

• Minimum of an NCE, OND, or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
• Montessori certification or relevant Montessori teaching experience is an added advantage.
• At least 1 year of experience teaching nursery-aged children.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues .
