The role is responsible for maintaining electrical equipment, supporting planned and corrective maintenance, minimizing equipment downtime, and ensuring smooth plant operations in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out planned and breakdown maintenance on electrical systems/equipment
Support installation and commissioning of new equipment
Supervise technicians and daily maintenance activities
Ensure compliance with HSE and safety standards
Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot faults
Support production efficiency and reduce downtime
Handle spare parts requests and maintenance reporting
Conduct training/coaching for technicians
Qualifications:
B.Eng. or HND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
5+ yrs experience in manufacturing (mandatory)
Strong experience with automated production systems
Experience in production/packaging is a plus
Excellent troubleshooting & diagnostic skills
Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environment
