Position Overview
We are launching a flagship restaurant brand in Tirana, Albania, that serves as a bridge between the vibrant, rich flavors of Nigeria and the European dining scene. We are looking for two expert chefs (1 Executive Chef & 1 Sous/Station Chef) who are masters of traditional Nigerian techniques but possess the creative vision to refine and present these dishes for an international and Nigerian audience, bringing home to those abroad. You will be the face and the "soul" of our kitchen.
