The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for planning, organising, and overseeing all food and beverage operations to ensure high service standards, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
The role involves managing outlets, staff performance, quality control, cost management, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and supervise all food and beverage operations across outlets.
Ensure excellent customer service standards and handle guest feedback or complaints professionally.
Develop and implement operational policies, service standards, and SOPs.
Manage budgets, control costs, and optimise revenue through effective pricing and promotions.
Monitor inventory, procurement, and supplier relationships to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times.
Collaborate with the kitchen team on menu planning, costing, and quality assurance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in food and beverage operations
Strong knowledge of food safety standards, hygiene regulations, and service best practices.
Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue growth.
Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Proficiency in POS systems and basic operational reporting tools
