Sales Representative at AGLAC International Company Limited

Reports To: Sales Manager

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products/services to prospective clients. Your ability to build relationships, understand customer needs, and achieve good sales results will be pivotal to our company's growth and success.

• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Product knowledge and the ability to convey technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
• Adaptability and a willingness to learn and adapt to changing market conditions
• Proficiency with Microsoft office & other computer skills.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Understand client needs and act as a trusted advisor.
• Strong negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close deals.
• Ability to handle rejection and persist in the face of challenges.
