The role is ideal for a leader capable of translating business objectives into actionable initiatives, optimizing operational efficiency, and driving profitability within a retail chain superstore environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and recruit a team of Business Analysts, fostering a collaborative and professional growth-oriented environment.
Oversee requirements gathering for complex projects and ensure standards for documentation (use cases, user stories, process flows) are maintained.
Translate strategic goals from senior management into actionable projects and act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders.
Ensure the team conducts thorough data analysis and utilizes visualization tools to track KPIs and inform business decisions.
Manage the team’s project portfolio to ensure delivery is on time, within budget, and meets stakeholder requirements.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Minimum of 5-8years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years in a management role.
Deep understanding of the retail industry (supply chain, inventory, merchandising).
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, and Power BI.
Strong knowledge of business process improvement (Lean/Six Sigma) and project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
Professional certifications (CBAP, CCBA, or PMP) are a plus.
