    Relationship Manager

    Commerce Alliance Holdings Limited is a financial services group focused on building structured investment solutions that enable individuals and institutions to create, preserve, and scale wealth.

    Through our asset management subsidiary, Invest-Trust Asset Management Limited (ITAML), we are redefining how everyday Nigerians and high-net-worth individuals access real, income-generating investment opportunities.

    We are currently in a high-growth phase and are building a lean, high-performance team to drive our next stage of expansion.

    Role Overview

    The successful candidate will be responsible for originating, managing, and converting investment opportunities into funded accounts.

    This role goes beyond follow-up, you will be expected to build your own pipeline while also converting assigned leads.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Source and originate new investment opportunities through personal networks, referrals, and strategic outreach
    • Follow up on and convert qualified leads generated through company channels (events, referrals, campaigns)
    • Build and manage a portfolio of HNI clients, cooperatives, and investment groups
    • Drive consistent inflow of funds through both self-generated and assigned leads
    • Develop strong client relationships to enable repeat investments and referrals
    • Work closely with the Business Development Lead and Management to close transactions

    Performance Expectations

    • Generate a consistent personal pipeline of qualified investors monthly
    • Achieve agreed monthly and quarterly fund mobilization targets
    • Maintain active engagement with prospects through to successful conversion

    Requirements

    • 3–7 years’ experience in:
      • Wealth management
      • Relationship management
      • Banking or financial advisory
    • Proven ability to:
      • Independently source clients
      • Close deals and grow client portfolios
    • Strong communication, persuasion, and networking skills
