    Growth Associate

    Job Summary

    We are seeking a results-driven and highly motivated Growth Associate to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving business growth, scaling impact, and working in a dynamic, fast-paced tech environment. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability across sales and marketing functions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute effective growth strategies
    • Drive revenue growth through performance monitoring, tracking key metrics, and optimising KPIs
    • Implement and execute sales strategies, including direct involvement in sales activities
    • Support lead generation initiatives and conversion optimization efforts
    • Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and campaign performance to inform decision-making
    • Maintain and manage CRM systems to track leads, customer interactions, and sales performance
    • Prepare periodic reports on growth metrics, sales performance, and campaign effectiveness
    • Identify new business opportunities and recommend innovative approaches to scale growth

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Sales (experience in EdTech is an added advantage)
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Proven experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and conversion optimization
    • Familiarity with CRM tools and analytics platforms
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
