2. On-boarding and Registration – Verify KYC
3. Daily Contribution Collection
4. Relationship Management
5. Follow-up and Recovery – Missed contribution
6. Reporting and Documentation – Daily contribution and weekly report
7. Community Engagement – Identify new business opportunities
