Job Summary

• Our client is seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Operations Manager to join their team.
• As a Senior Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the logistics, production and execution of experiential marketing events, activations and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Creating cost saving measures in procurement activities.
• Ensuring executions are seamlessly in line with the client’s operating standard.
• Recruitment of viable vendors to achieve bespoke and hitch free production elements.
• Standard activity reporting.
• Development of cutting-edge ideas, budget drafting and ensuring excellent executions.
• Project management capabilities resulting in brilliant executions.
• Provide strong leadership and effectively directs team members to accomplish desired goals.
• Drive operations in execution planning and ensure deliverables arefulfilled and timelines to client are kept.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of activations by monitoring feedback and obtaining quantifiable results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in operations, event management or logistics.
• Proven track records of successful event execution and project management.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Project management skills.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in experiential marketing or a related industry.

Qualifications:

• Certification in project management is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of experiential marketing, events, or brand activation.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and Clients under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail.
• A creative thinker with a passion for live experiences.
• Candidate must hold at least a 2:1 degree or higher.
