About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across corporate, leisure, and group segments.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to maximize repeat business.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional campaigns and packages.
• Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management review.
• Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ proven sales experience in the hospitality industry.
• Strong network of corporate and travel industry contacts.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a sales team.
• Results-oriented with a track record of exceeding targets.
