Job Requirements/Responsibilities

• Candidate is expected to work directly with the MD & ED of the company.
• Candidate must have Proven experience as executive secretary
• Candidate must have Advanced knowledge in MS EXCEL & OUTLOOK (Setting up Meetings with MS OUTLOOK)
• Candidate must have in depth knowledge of office management
• Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Outstanding communication skills
• Integrity and confidentiality
• Degree/HND in Secretarial/Office Management or relative field
• Minimum of 5 Years experience as an Executive Secretary.
